X-C.com Training Plan: Week #7
This coming weekend will feature a few ski marathons across the country, including the Gatineau Loppet (ex-Keskinada).  If you skied a long distance event this past weekend, rest up and add some sprints on Wed. or Thurs.  If you haven't participated in any events, make sure to do something to tune up your body earlier in the week - giving yourself ample time to recover, travel and be ready for your race.

Babikov 5th at TransJurassienne WorldLoppet
